DESCRIPTION OF PROMOTION

First Bet Offer $1,500

This promotion is an acquisition offer intended for new BetMGM Sportsbook users. Eligible users may receive a First Bet Offer token that can be applied to one qualifying first wager. If that token-applied wager loses, the user may receive Bonus Bets with a value equal to the losing stake, up to a maximum promotional return of $1,500. Token-applied wagers must satisfy the minimum odds condition and all account, location, and identity requirements set by the operator.

“Bonus Bets” are promotional wagering credits. They are not cash, are not transferable, and cannot be directly withdrawn. When used on an eligible wager, only net winnings are paid out; the original bonus-funded stake is not returned. Bonus Bets typically expire seven (7) days after issuance unless otherwise stated.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

This Sports Promotion is available to qualifying customers from 8/28/2025 at 12:00 AM EST through 2/9/2026 at 11:59 PM EST, unless terminated earlier in BetMGM, LLC’s sole discretion (the “Promotional Period”). Accounts opened before or after the Promotional Period will not qualify for the Sports Promotion.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Participation is limited to new, first-time users who are 21+, physically present in an eligible jurisdiction where BetMGM offers legal online sports wagering, and who are not on any prohibited, suspended, restricted, excluded, or self-excluded list. A qualifying participant must complete account registration, identity checks where required, and a first deposit of at least $10 during the promotional period.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, affiliates, related entities, and immediate household members connected to the Promoter, its agencies, or technical vendors may be ineligible. Fraud prevention, anti-money laundering controls, geolocation checks, and account verification systems may be applied at any time.

ACTION REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE

• Create a new BetMGM Sportsbook account on web or mobile app.
• Deposit at least ten dollars ($10.00) as the first qualifying deposit.
• Activate and apply the First Bet Offer token to the first real-money wager (up to $1,500 stake).
• Settle that wager according to sportsbook grading rules.
• If the token-applied wager loses, promotional Bonus Bets may be credited.

If the token is not used within its validity window, or if the first qualifying conditions are not met, the participant may lose eligibility.

CLAIMING AND CREDITING BONUS BETS

To claim this offer, all steps must be completed during the promotional period using a single verified account. Only one qualifying first wager can trigger this promotion, and only the first $1,500 of stake is eligible for return as Bonus Bets. If the qualifying first token wager wins, no Bonus Bets are awarded under this offer.

Bonus Bets, when applicable, are generally credited after wager settlement and may be split into one or more credit units. Crediting time may vary due to settlement feeds, market disputes, fraud checks, regulatory controls, or technical review.

USING BONUS BETS

To use Bonus Bets, the participant selects an eligible market and applies an available Bonus Bet from the bet slip. Bonus Bet value is consumed upon placement and does not re-credit after the bet is accepted. If the bonus-funded wager wins, only net winnings are credited. If the bonus-funded wager loses, that Bonus Bet is forfeited.

VOIDS, CASH OUT, EDITS, AND CANCELLATIONS

Promotional eligibility may be removed if the first token wager is canceled, voided, cashed out early, materially edited, or otherwise disqualified under sportsbook rules. BetMGM may cancel, suspend, reclaim, adjust, or deny promotional credits if it detects abuse, bonus manipulation, multiple-account behavior, technical exploitation, syndicate activity, or policy violations.

All decisions regarding grading, bonus qualification, account eligibility, and risk controls remain in BetMGM’s sole discretion where permitted by applicable law.

GENERAL LIMITATIONS

This promotion cannot be combined with certain other sportsbook promotions unless expressly stated by BetMGM. The Promoter may modify, suspend, or discontinue the offer in part or in whole to ensure fair operation, legal compliance, and platform integrity.
